We are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial Project Architect for our Chicago team! The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills and superior technical design abilities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead project teams in aesthetic and technical design development.
• Develop advanced architecture detailing.
• Lead architectural design production and construction documents, including details and specs.
• Develop, review, and coordinate technical aspects of project design.
• Review CDs to ensure compliance with firm standards, mechanical, building systems, codes, and ADA requirements.
• Track project budgets.
• Oversee and mentor junior staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of experience with Commercial, Institutional, and Municipal projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect, preferred.
• Previous experience in a fast paced production environment.
• Excellent organization, communication, technical, and graphics skills.
• Proficiency with REVIT.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and 3D software.
• Experience leading technical details of projects.
