You will virtually consult and sell our aesthetic services to new and existing patients. An Evolve Experience Client Lead will reach out to new marketing leads provided by our social media marketing team. This role requires follow up with patients who have not purchased in the past. Our successful remote sales team is making upwards of 200 outbound calls a day to new/past leads.
Evolve Experience Client Lead Job Responsibilities:
• Initiate sales process by lead outreach; conduct initial consultation; describe Evolve's treatments and skincare line
• Close sales by building rapport with patient; explain product and service capabilities and overcome objections
• Recommend new services by evaluating current aesthetic treatment process and patient goals
• Minimum 75 outbound calls per day
Treatment Specialist/Remote Sales Qualifications:
• 3-4 years of sales experience with an emphasis on business development and cold calling
• Proven experience in overcoming client objections and strong negotiating skills
• Ability to work remotely with a self-motivated personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable, punctual and professional
• Experience with Zoom, Docusign, and EMR's
