Responsibilities: Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Technology driven A successful and proven sales history is preferred Organized and manages time effectively Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Great communication and social skills • Must be coachable and open to learning • Must be full time Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
