We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join our team! The Electrical Project Manager will lead the project team and will be accountable for completing assigned construction projects successfully. They will be expected to cultivate opportunities for future construction projects by providing excellent customer service, maintaining quality assurance, and building a financially successful project.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage business for multiple projects, ensure financial targets are met, and maintain quality standards.
• Manage materials, budgeting, and production for assigned projects.
• Plan and schedule resources to meet project deadlines.
• Manage project correspondence and documents through designated document management systems.
• Supervise and mentor the project team.
• Act as the liaison between the customer and project staff to identify and process scope changes and address issues and concerns.
• Ensure adherence to company standards regarding quality and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years project management experience with an electrical contractor (commercial experience, preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized and detailed-oriented.
• Able to travel.
