Our company is seeking a Technical and Product Support Engineer to provide second-level technical support to field service personnel.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information and data on the company’s products and hands-on training.
• Analyze company equipment at customer sites and address any issues.
• Collaborate with the design engineering team to ensure the maintainability and serviceability of new products.
• Handle malfunctioning equipment and collect and analyze data on equipment performance.
• Verify solution implementation.
• Coordinate support tasks to fix any customer requests or concerns.
• Prepare reports for customer visits, account performance, Field Service Reports, expenses, and inventory.
• Travel to domestic and international customer sites within an assigned region.
• Prevent any non-conformities relating to the product, process, or quality system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years experience in semiconductor manufacturing with an emphasis on thin film/CVD, ALD processes.
• BS in EE, ME, or similar technical field.
• Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting electronic systems.
• Experience in engineering customer service.
• Excellent technical knowledge of the company’s process, equipment, vacuum systems, electro-mechanical systems, and semiconductor manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical training experience, a plus.
• Must be able and willing to travel domestically and internationally.
