Our planning, civil engineering, and surveying firm is a leader in the Southern California Land Development Industry. Since 1976, we have designed many notable and award-winning land development projects throughout Southern California.

We are seeking a Design Engineer with experience in Land Development to join our Irvine team! The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and highly organized. They will be responsible for improving performance and efficiency of existing systems and products.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research and develop new ideas and prototypes.
• Develop plans and blueprints.
• Collaborate with suppliers.
• Oversee prototype manufacturing and final building.
• Implement improvements for production efficiency.
• Collaborate with other engineers.
• Determine cost parameters and budgets.
• Organize plans and create schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in Subdivision Design and Roadway and Utility Infrastructure Design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or EIT working towards PE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Familiar with Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Los Angeles County design standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• CA driver’s license.
