    Job Description

    We are looking for an Analytics Developer with proven technical skills to implement analytics code and tracking solutions. In this role, you will work closely with client engineering and development teams, as well as other agencies, in the deployment of digital analytics tags, tools, and products, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tealium, and Segment. 

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    • Develop, customize, and troubleshoot analytics code in complex environments with the heavy use of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS 
    • Recommend and implement analytics tracking code needed for ongoing reporting and analysis activities; perform quality assurance to ensure tagging is working as planned and identify any issues or gaps
    • Understand client measurement/design requirements and translate these business requirements into a documented technical implementation guide or solution design document  
    • Provide best practices consulting services to clients in solving their Web Analytics, Tag Management System, and technical implementation needs 
    • Project manage multiple client requests and project activities at any one time

     

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • Strong technical skills; working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, browser functionality, and other common web technologies
    • Ability to identify, document, and communicate recommendations to clients
    • Strong understanding of project implementation methodologies and project management
    • Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive projects through to completion
    • Reliable self-starter with attention to detail and passion for quality
    • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 
    • Ability to work under pressure while managing workloads effectively 
    • Willingness to multitask and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities
    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical discipline 
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

    OTHER EXPERIENCE THAT IS HELPFUL, BUT NOT REQUIRED 

    • Experience implementing and/or working with clickstream web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or working knowledge of the field of web analytics 
    • Google Analytics Individual Qualification or Adobe Certified Expert (Implementation/Testing) 
    • Knowledge of/experience with Tag Management Systems (Tealium, Ensighten, Adobe DTM, Adobe Experience Platform Launch, Google Tag Manager) and Customer Data Infrastructure (CDI) platforms such as Segment
    • Knowledge of/experience with A/B Testing platforms (Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize) 
    • Knowledge of/experience with git/GitHub/BitBucket
    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
