Job Description:

Ewing Hardscape Supply LLC is currently seeking professional and talented dispatchers to join our logistics team who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and logistical support. This is a full-time position with opportunity for overtime.

Job Duties:

Collaborate with retail and account managers, store managers, customers, and other dispatchers.

Schedule and coordinate retail/commercial deliveries.

Confirming all information on order is correct with customers before dispatching.

Dispatching drivers with a logistical frame of mind.

Obtaining all driver’s trip sheets at end of day and filling appropriately.

Dispatching drivers on deliveries and maintaining a constant line of communication.

Using third party software to monitor deliveries and ensure product is delivered on time.

Assist sales representatives when scheduling loads by determining correct trucks for product/material they are delivering.

Proactively plan and organize the next day’s dispatch when there is downtime.

Work closely with third party trucking companies and vendors.

Reconcile weights, hours, invoices to help facilitate other departments.

Position Requirements:

Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar role.

High-school Diploma or GED.

Knowledge of DOT laws and regulations.

Knowledge of the broader Denver metro area.

Must have steady/reliable work history and attendance.

Possess a high level of organization, multi-tasking and is detail oriented.

Ability to work well with others as well as independently.

Proficient with computers to include spreadsheets, documents, email, internet and typing.

Strong communication skills to include professional phone etiquette.

Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
