Key Responsibilities:
1. Sell Medicare insurance plans to eligible customers over the phone, ensuring their needs are met with the best possible coverage options.
2. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Medicare products, policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate and effective guidance to customers.
3. Build and maintain a sales pipeline, effectively managing leads and following up on potential prospects.
4. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve individual and team sales targets.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients during the sales process.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive and knowledgeable.

1. Competitive Compensation: Earn $40,000 salary PLUS $150 per enrollment! Our agents earn over $100,000 annually as a W-2 employee with the potential to earn even more.

Qualifications:
1. Active health insurance license in the state of Utah, enabling you to sell health insurance products. The more States you are licensed in the better!
2. AHIP certification, demonstrating your expertise in Medicare policies and guidelines.
3. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in health insurance or related fields. We have found if you have enrolled 200+ members in Medicare; this is the place for you!
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with customers and build rapport.
5. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and objections.
6. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment.
7. Willingness to be released from any other captive carriers if necessary.
