Our Ontario branch is looking for an energetic individual who loves to be out in the field to help local business in the Inland Empire and help them with providing with their staffing needs. NO EXPERIENCE NECESARY! This is an entry level position we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude to achieve and grown this area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Outside sales - Out in the field daily for a minimum of 6 hours to introduce Exact staff to new businesses.
• Quote new business on staffing needs.
• Meet with current and pass clients to manage service satisfaction.
• Create map road and research businesses before going out in the field.
• Updating client book in our data base system
• Educating the inside team in your daily visits with prospect clients for follow ups.

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation with a valid DL and vehicle insurance.
• Excellent communication / presentation skills and ability to build partnerships/relationships.
• Great organizational and time managements skills
• Passionate for sales to help both clients looking for employees and helping the Inland Empire employees to get them back to the work force.
• Computer knowledge with Outlook, Excel, Word
• Able to meet daily quota on visiting clients.
• Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.
