Hello everyone! Our client is a major name in the manufacturing and distribution of security technology for major police departments as well as other security companies. We are searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our client's main operation in Chatsworth, CA.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be working with the sales team to fulfill all of our client's marketing objectives. This means you will be conducting market research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and the overall competitive landscape. You will also be:

• Scheduling marketing meetings with the sales department
• Planning upcoming tradeshows
• Establishing contacts
• Developing schedules and assignments
• Coordinating mailing lists
• Maintaining a directory and inventory of sales support materials

This is a part time position, from 8 am to 1 pm. Pay rate is DOE. Candidates MUST have experience with CRM tools like Sugar or Salesforce to be considered for this position.

This is what we are looking for in candidates:

• You have a BA in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Communications or something similar
• You have worked as a marketing coordinator in the past or a similar role
• You are open to part time work.
• You are proficient in MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• You know your way around email systems
• Any experience with budgeting and forecasting would be great.
• You have a sharp attention to detail
• You have experience with CRM software like Sugar or Salesforce
• As a condition of employment, you may be asked to take and pass a background check and drug test.
