HELLO! WE ARE EXACT STAFF, ONE OF THE LARGEST, IF NOT THE LARGEST, WOMAN-OWNED STAFFING AGENCIES IN THE UNITED STATES! WE ARE SEARCHING FOR A DILIGENT AND BRIGHT RESEARCHER AND RECEPTIONIST TO JOIN OUR MAIN OFFICE HERE IN THE NATOMAS AREA.
This position is a combination of Entry Level HR work plus Receptionist work. On the researching side, you will be calling resumes, scheduling interviews, talking with associates, and coordinating with the recruiters to make sure our positions are filled. On the receptionist side, you will be answering phones and helping to clean/de-sanitize the desks.
Researchers are also the ones that write the job ads, including the one you are reading right now.
This is a part time, temp to hire position. First shift, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Pay rate is based on experience and interview. Candidates must be bilingual in ENGLISH AND SPANISH to be considered.
