    Job Description

    Exact Staff is currently recruiting a reliable candidate who has Customer Service / Office Support experience to join a DESIGN MARKETING SALES DISTRIBUTION! As a Customer Service and Office Support person, you will have to do a variety of activities to support the customer and consumer.

    1ST SHIFT MONDAY-FRIDAY

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answer and operate external and internal calls on multi-line phone system. Screen and transfer calls to employees or their voicemail.
    • Greet and provide assistance to all customers and visitors.
    • Clerical tasks as assigned, including mail distribution, incoming and outgoing shipping, date entry, typing, filing, copying, recordkeeping, collating, and general correspondence.
    • Create forms, reports, presentations, and documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, FEDEX, UPS, and Starship.
    • Provide primary administrative support for office. Provide back up support for other employees as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1 to 2 years of previous experience in office administration or other related fields
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Intermediate level of computer and office software applications in a Windows environment. Must be above average proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, QuickBooks, FEDEX Ship manager and UPS World ship.
    • Able to meet deadlines, work efficiently in a fast paced environment, and effectively prioritize tasks.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 6 months of recent work history. This could include work, volunteering or attending school.
    • Valid identification that proves your right to work in the United States
    • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check.
