We are in search of a fantastic Staffing Recruiter to join our branch office, located in the city of Oxnard, CA.

We are also looking for a possible recruiter for our office in Calabasas as well.

AS THE STAFFING SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Conducting interviews that have been scheduled by the Researcher
• Providing occasional On-Site support for one of our major Warehouse clients. This includes check-ins and making sure everything is prepared.
• Writing job ads on job boards like ZipRecruiter and Indeed (Like the one you are currently reading)
• Processing onboarding for our candidates and making sure they complete everything
• Sending resumes to our client's open positions
• Scheduling candidates for interviews with our clients
• Coordinating locations for temps so they arrive on time

You will also get commissions based on how many people you hire, as well as if you fill specific higher-end positions. This can get lucrative, especially when you are working on higher-end Direct Hire positions.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION. FIRST SHIFT, FROM 8:30 AM TO 5:30 PM

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN CANDIDATES:

• You have at least 1 year of working in recruiting, preferably in Staffing.
• You are punctual and able to make it on time to locations and appointments
• You will be asked to occasionally work onsite on one of our big clients. You must be open to this.
• You maintain constant communication between yourself, your branch manager, and management
• You can adapt to changing circumstances when needed
• You MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish
• As a condition of employment, you may be asked to take and pass a background check and drug test.
