We are Exact Staff, one of the largest staffing agencies in the United States.

We are searching for a Recruiter to join one of our branch offices in the city of Gardena. We deal with a wide variety of positions, everything from Aerospace Manufacturing to Administrative Assistants to Dental Assistants and IT work.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. First shift, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting interviews
• Writing job ads on job boards like ZipRecruiter and Indeed
• Processing onboarding documents
• Sending resumes to our client's open positions.
• Coordinating locations for temps so they arrive on time

You will also get commissions on the basis of how many people you hire, as well as if you fill specific higher-end positions. This can get lucrative, especially when you are working on higher-end Direct Hire positions.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN CANDIDATES:

• You have worked in recruiting, preferably in Staffing.
• You are punctual and able to make it on time to locations and appointments
• You maintain constant communication between yourself, your branch manager, and management
• You can adapt to changing circumstances when needed
• You are bilingual in English and Spanish
• As a condition of employment, you may be asked to take and pass a background check and drug test.
