ExamSoft Worldwide is seeking a motivated and driven UX/UI Designer to design user interfaces and interactions for mobile and web applications by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Participate in user research methods and make updates to the UI and Interactions to match to the user needs, expectations and workflows. Evangelize design process, and best practices to the cross functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Produce wireframes, mockups, visual design comps, and interactive prototypes of UX ideas using design library. 
• Design user interfaces & interactions for mobile, and web applications. 
• Meet with cross-functional teams to understand product timelines, processes, systems, requirements and work within those specifications. 
• Consult and collaborate with team members (researchers, designers, and technologists) and stakeholders on designs, and requirements. 
• Participate in all user research activities and help teams to arrive at insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience (including internships). 
• HCI, interaction design, product design, communication design, design thinking or related design degree. 
• Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered practices. 
• Knowledge of Desktop, Mobile & Web multiplatform application interaction design techniques and principles. 
• Excellent understanding of principles of interface design and use of interactive technologies to build relationships with users. 
• Effective communicator, presenter & evangelist. 
• Ability to quickly produce wireframes, mockups/comps, and style guides. 
• Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision experience. 
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, Fluency in best practices for web-based and mobile-based (responsive, iOS, Android) information architecture and responsive design.
