ExamSoft is seeking a motivated and driven Education and Assessment Specialist to be a product evangelist for the ExamSoft product suite. The Education and Assessment Specialist will be an expert at articulating the value proposition of products to target markets.

The Education and Assessment Specialist will work with a team of talented engineers and client focused professionals to further ExamSoft product suite market penetration. The position will report to the Sr. Manager of Education and Assessment.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Understand and address the needs of academic institutions and others who can benefit from the company's product suite
• Develop compelling videos, blogs, social media posts, client success stories, white papers, cited industry research reports and other content to excite clients and enable sales
• Contribute to and advance the ExamSoft Assessment Services and Assessment on Tour programs to successfully engage clients and drive revenue opportunities
• Actively engage with select clients, industry influencers, press, etc.
• Build and nurture ExamSoft enthusiasts, in academic and corporate communities
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, sales, and technical services
• Partner with the Marketing team to identify, attend, and present on initiatives such as conferences, webinars, events and sponsorship
• Work with Sales, Client Success, and Implementation leadership to optimize our training materials for products
• Derive insights from research (primary and secondary) and identify opportunities for sales to outpace competition
• Leverage CRM and analytics tools to enhance communications for client engagement, conversion, and retention
• Understand and stay current on industry trends and best practices and communicate them to Client Success, Sales, Marketing and Product
• Champion users' needs internally by providing invaluable feedback to the Sales, Client Service, Product, and Engineering teams
• Act as the primary thought leader for the products supported
• Advise the Marketing team on the right campaign topics to inform customers and provide quality content
• Participate in phone or in person calls to clients with Sales or Client Success when requested to provide insight, knowledge and value to move the process forward to the desired outcome.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise and Presentation Delivery as directed for ExamSoft Assessment Services to clients that contract these services.
• Participate in presentation and delivery of Continuing Education seminars
• Collaborate in the publication of case studies relating to the use of ExamSoft

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field 
• Good understanding and experience of academic institutions
• Strong intellectual capacity to understand and successfully manage a company in its early investment phase with plans to move beyond this into growth
• Possess a strategic approach to market but with a strong tactical approach and an attention to detail
• Possess good powers of judgement, with the ability to maintain clarity of thought and tenacity within all aspects of business operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present across all levels of an organization
• Proven ability to engage, inspire, and manage a team towards high performance
• Positive, collaborative, hands-on and energetic attitude
• Able to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Able to travel as needed
