    ExamSoft is seeking a high-energy, flexible, and detail-oriented INTERNATIONAL IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST, who possesses a passion for helping customers navigate onboarding. The International Implementation Specialist will be responsible for providing in-depth consulting services, using advanced functional knowledge, and advanced product expertise to manage new customer implementations. This role will report to the Director of Professional Services. They will be proficient in project management, aligning teams and projects, managing customer expectations, and building strong relationships with customers. This role must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts and develop/position solutions to address concerns and to build strong partnerships throughout the onboarding process.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Review new customer contracts and ensure all relevant information is documented and their database is correctly configured

    • Proactively drive project timelines and advise customers on internal organization in order to successfully hold customer and internal teams accountable to timelines and applicable deliverables to drive cost effective practices

    • Host onsite and virtual meetings and distribute communication to appropriate team members

    • Track the progress and quality of cross-functional work by conducting review sessions with customers during the implementation process

    • Research and implement project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures

    • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant implementation information to the client, along with all ExamSoft teams (Integrations, Training, Sales, etc.)

    • Own at risk customers in onboarding, and develop customized plans to retain them as long term customers

    • Strategically transition customers to assigned team during each hand off to ensure customer success

    • Responsible for facilitating technical integrations with the Integrations team

    • Host workshops for customers during annual ExamSoft Assessment Conference and host virtual webinars or onsite workshops with prospects to assist during the sales process.

    • Establish and enhance high quality educational partnerships with universities across the globe

    • Partner closely with the Director of International Sales and Sales Engineers to assist in the contract finalization and negotiation process

    • Successfully increase depth of institution and user adoption by developing onboarding plans customized to each program/institution

    • Develop best practices for long-term assessment success with each institutional partner

    QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

    • Exceptional communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills

    • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment

    • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

    • Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills

    • 3-6 years of experience supporting delivery of international development projects or customer management

    • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (internationally)

    • A flexible approach to working a 40 hour week will be needed with frequent client interactions outside of US business hours.

    • Advanced proficiency with remote presentation softwares (Zoom, GTM, etc)

    • Advanced proficiency with client relationship management tools (Salesforce)

    • Advanced proficiency of single sign on authentication methods and learning management systems preferred

    • Bilingual (English and Arabic) preferred
