Excel Hotel Group has an opportunity for an Administrative Assitant to join our team at the Corporate Office. This position works closely with many departments including Operations, Accounting and Human Resources. This position is based in Scripps Ranch. Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner. Provide information to callers and visitors to the office.
General administrative dutues including filing, scanning, copying.
Receive, sort and distribute mail
Maintain contact lists
Mail out checks to vendors
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
