    We are a fast-growing; privately held hotel management company based in San Diego, CA with 23 select-service properties in California with 2 additional hotels under construction. We offer a wide variety of quality select-service hotels under various brands including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Best Western, Wyndham branded hotels.

    We are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager to help oversee multiple properties within a geographic area. This position requires an experienced, organized, self-motivated professional. Success depends on the ability to understand, embrace and carry out the company vision and goals. Responsibilities include identifying problem areas, developing systematic processes and approaches, writing operating procedures, training and coaching others to higher levels of performance, managing special projects, and stepping in to lead an operation temporarily as needed.

    This position requires an organized, detail-orientated, self-motivated professional with integrity and professionalism. Must have a proven track record of driving results including Q/A, guest satisfaction scores, associate satisfaction, RevPar, revenue generation and GOP. Success will depend on a high level of integrity and a strong ability to develop productive working relationships with hotel general managers at varying levels of competence and the ability to work as a team in conjunction with Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management, Accounting and Human Resources.

    Must possess advanced computer skills with a variety of software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc... Must be experienced with facilitating meetings, including leadership training workshops and monthly General Manager Meetings.

    Comprehensive oversight for hotels, to include:

    ASSOCIATE SATISFACTION

    Assists and direct General Managers in creating a positive, thriving culture that results in strong associate satisfaction, low turnover and high productivity

    OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE

    Assists and directs General Managers in developing and carrying out action plans to improve hotel operations as measured by Guest Satisfaction Survey and the various audits
