    ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS 

    • Excellent phone and email etiquette
    • Ability to understand and follow Timothy Oulton’s standard operating procedures
    • Ability to learn new software/systems
    • Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
    • Zendesk experience is a plus

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Reaching out to customers via phone and email to advise them on their order status, confirm delivery details, and advise timeline to delivery.

    •  Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

    •  Working in tandem with the sales and operations teams to ensure great customer service.

    •  Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS 

    You must have 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry. Hours will most likely be 10am - 7pm Monday thru Friday
