ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reaching out to customers via phone and email to advise them on their order status, confirm delivery details, and advise timeline to delivery.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Working in tandem with the sales and operations teams to ensure great customer service.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
You must have 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry. Hours will most likely be 10am - 7pm Monday thru Friday
