Job Benefits: • Dental benefits • Vision coverage • Life insurance • PTO/Paid Holidays Responsibilities: • Repairing and replacing decks to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. • Addressing siding issues promptly through repair or replacement to maintain property appearance and weather resistance. • Conducting thorough cleaning of dryer ducts to prevent fire hazards and ensure efficient operation. • Utilizing pressure washing techniques to restore surfaces to their optimal condition. • Installing and replacing doors and windows for enhanced security and energy efficiency. • Performing concrete repairs to uphold safety standards and prolong the lifespan of structures. • Installing security cameras and gate locks to bolster property security measures. • Installing and repairing gutters and downspouts to safeguard against water damage. • Engaging in landscaping and grounds maintenance to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces.
