Excelsior is a fast-growing contract manufacture facility of food and dietary supplements in Anaheim, California. We are a NSF GMP certified, Organic certified and FDA registered facility with turn-key capability to see through projects from concept to shelf in stores. Excelsior focuses on manufacturing supplements in capsules, tables, powder mix, blends, pouches and bottles etc. Excelsior is seeking highly motivated individual and experienced professionals in supplement industry to join our company. Position Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for the processing and management of the Accounts Payable function. This person will report to the Chief Financial Officer and perform other related duties for the Accounting Department.

Main Responsibilities:

• The responsibilities include verifying and entering invoices, matching invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents, making payments by check or credit cards, checking the bank balance, calculating and maintaining available balance and analyzing accounts payable aging report.
• Specific experience dealing with account reconciliation, identify quantity and price discrepancies and communicate with vendors promptly.
• Ability to communicate accounts payable issues with related departments.
• Handle vendor inquiries and requests for information as needed.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an accounts payable manufacturing company.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal skills, works well independently and in a team environment.
• Check and respond to emails frequently
• Routine Filing and maintain safety files and records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• BILINGUAL IN MANDARIN PREFERABLE
• Experience in a comparable Accounts Payable role
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with complex issues is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to solve problems
• Must be self-motivated and have an enhanced ability to prioritize/plan in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Well organized with the strong ability to prioritize and multi-task is required.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
