    Assignment: 1/05/2026 – 12/31/2026 (possible temp to hire)

    Pay Range: $46.18 hourly, paid weekly.

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm PST

    Job Overview

    The Exchange Traded Derivatives Operations team supports U.S. Listed Options products for Securities and client bases. This role sits within an operations team responsible for managing the full lifecycle of options trades — from post-execution through settlement.

    The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accurate trade processing, reconciliation, and reporting while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under time-sensitive and high-pressure environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support all operational components of the U.S. Listed Options trade lifecycle, from post-execution through settlement

    • Perform trade date and trade date +1 position and trade break reporting and reconciliations

    • Process trade allocations and option position transfers

    • Manage exercise instructions, assignments, and balancing activities

    • Support corporate action processing related to option positions

    • Perform cash reconciliations related to option trades

    • Assist with Central Counterparty (CCP) collateralization management

    • Identify, investigate, and resolve trade discrepancies and operational breaks

    • Ensure adherence to firm policies, regulatory requirements, and operational controls

    Stakeholder Interaction

    • Work closely with operations teams in Charlotte, NC and Jacksonville, FL

    • Liaise with internal partners including Front Office, Compliance, and Line of Business (LOB) teams

    • Communicate with external parties such as brokers, clients, exchanges, and CCPs as required

    Required Qualifications

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments

    • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and risk mitigation

    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams

    Preferred Qualifications

    • High level of intellectual curiosity and willingness to take ownership of processes

    • Interest in developing deep operational and product knowledge

    • Experience in financial services operations, trading operations, or post-trade processing

    • Familiarity with exchange-traded derivatives, options, or clearing processes is a plus
