    Rybovich is interviewing a Part Counters Clerk to ensure both internal and external customers obtain the necessary materials in a timely manner. If you are a skilled, reliable professional with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a rapidly changing high-energy environment, this is your opportunity to join our Purchasing team to learn and grow with them.     REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Experience creating and setting up administrative processes and procedures to support a mid-sized project or organization.
    • Experience developing Task Order Management Plans (TOMP), Weekly Activity Reports (WAR), Monthly Status Reports (MSR) Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and other reports as directed.
    • Ability to coordinate schedules to facilitate completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, briefings/ presentations and IPR preparation.
    • Perform analysis, development and review of program administrative operating procedures.
    • Ability to put draft deliverable into the final product in accordance with established processes and procedures.

     

    DESIRED SKILLS: Demonstrated broad knowledge and expertise with program administrative management supporting IT and/or cybersecurity programs.
