    POSITION OVERVIEW

    Configure, support, maintain and improve company’s Salesforce software system. Develop and debug Visual Force and Apex pages.  Customize fields, page layouts, reports and dashboards. Develop and enhance functionality including object design, workflows, processes, and profiles. Identify and deploy needed system changes. Gather requirements, develop tech specs, migrate data, and create solutions. Develop validation rules to ensure data integrity. Analyze data to improve processes. Integrate interfacing system functionality. Design, develop, test, document, and deploy business solutions. Manage implementation using custom APEX functionality. Maintain Salesforce data integrity and accuracy. Document metadata components/integration, and functionality in internal wiki. Prioritize and resolve incidents, and track in JIRA.

     

    Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification, 3 years of experience in the job offered, and proficiency with Salesforce Lightning and Service cloud, Web services, Visual studio, Visualforce, PHP, GITHub, SOAP, REST, JSON, SOQL, APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, JIRA, and Workbench.

     

     

    Reporting to the Director of IT, the Salesforce Administrator / Developer is responsible for improving, implementing and increasing user experiences within the SFDC org. This includes collection, analysis, and reporting of sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity,  Salesforce administration, maintaining existing and developing new custom functionality.

     

    Working closely with the Sales and Service Channels, this role has a major impact on our productivity, customer and user experiences.
