We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Account Assistant to support our executive team with day-to-day administrative and account coordination tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining seamless operations, client satisfaction, and internal communication. Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the executive and account management teams
Manage scheduling, meetings, and calendar coordination
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
Coordinate communication with clients and vendors
Track client account activity and maintain organized records
Assist in preparing invoices, proposals, and follow-up communications
Conduct basic data entry and support financial tracking
Ensure deadlines are met across various internal projects
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
1–2 years in an administrative or account coordination role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
