We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Account Assistant to support our executive team and client management operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle sensitive information, and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate will serve as a key support to executives, assisting with account coordination, reporting, and client communications.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and organizational support to executives and account managers.
Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and client documentation.
Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
Support account management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and client needs.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to accounts and projects.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth workflows.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in administrative, executive, or account support roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
