Skillbridge Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Account Assistant to support executive-level account operations and internal coordination. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting day-to-day business processes.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to executive account functions
Assist in managing client accounts, documentation, and internal records
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups related to key accounts
Prepare reports, summaries, and internal communications as required
Maintain accurate databases and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Support cross-functional teams with account-related information and coordination
Contribute to process improvement and workflow efficiency initiatives
