The Executive Administrative Assistant role is essential for our office operations, providing administrative support to the CEO while gaining experience in finance, investments, and real estate. Successful candidates must be warm, tech-savvy, results-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively. Responsibilities: • Coordinate the CEO’s schedule and appointments, sort emails, and prepare reports before meetings • Provide research for new tools and/or processes in various industries within both businesses • Plan, organize, and coordinate functions and special events • Prepare and/or edit internal and external letters, emails, and snail mail • Manage marketing systems, website updates, and create content • Complete financial tasks daily for any clients who need something • Call clients and vendors to get tasks done as efficiently as possible Qualifications: • 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar • Warm, kind, sharp, and tech-savvy • Attentive to detail, with a genuine love for engaging with people both on the phone and in person • Possesses a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with the ability to work full-time during the hours of 8 am-5 pm • Demonstrates a strong drive to learn and assist others • Ideally, has some experience or knowledge in accounting, finance, and corporate strategy • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with artificial intelligence (AI) is a significant plus • Maintains high standards of ethics and confidentiality when handling sensitive information Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
