Executive Administrative Assistant-Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the COO, ensuring professionalism and prompt responses including phone calls and emails.
· Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, submitting expense reports, and meeting coordination.
· Document Preparation and Filing: Draft, proofread, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports
· Process invoices for payment
· Order office supplies
· Data Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval. Oversee document management program.
· Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
· Performs other duties as assigned or required
