What You'll Do • Day-to-Day Support + Admin • Manage daily communications, including emails, texts, and CRM check-ins (birthdays, milestones, anniversaries) • Plan and prioritize weekly and monthly workflows for lead generation, client touchpoints, and events • Assist with regular trainings, backend process support, and office organization Marketing + Client Experience • Draft newsletters, manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), and handle posting • Coordinate client concierge services (transportation, reservations, moving support) • Design and execute post-closing marketing campaigns (farming, print materials, sphere outreach) Event + Community Engagement • Support the planning and execution of open houses, broker tours, and appreciation events • Research local events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to increase brand presence in the community • Keep the team updated on city happenings (restaurant openings, civic events, market shifts) Client Management + CRM • Assist with building and maintaining CRM (adding clients, tracking both sides of a transaction, and maintaining nurture campaigns) • Follow up with past clients and leads at every stage of the sales funnel • Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and onboarding documentation for smooth team operations Buyer Support • Schedule and host showings, coordinate inspections, write offers, and support clients during escrow • Customize and deliver closing gifts, arrange key/lock changes, and assist with home warranty selection • Build Compass Collections, set up buyer consultations, and develop website/video content for BRBC Seller Support • Attend listing appointments, oversee prep (repairs, staging, photography), and input MLS listings • Coordinate open houses from signage to hosting and follow-up • Manage marketing assets (MLS copy, brochures, social media, email) • Interface with HOAs, vendors, and inspectors for seamless listing execution Who Are You • Local to Lake Balboa or the surrounding San Fernando Valley areas • Real estate license preferred (or actively working toward one) • Incredibly organized, calm under pressure, and naturally resourceful • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating new tools, CRMs, and platforms • Personable, flexible, and capable of working with a range of personalities • Committed to providing 5-star service to clients, team members, and vendors • Available Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM, with occasional evening/weekend availability Compensation + Perks • $50,000 base salary • Performance-based bonuses tied to transaction volume and team growth • Paid holidays and vacation • Mentorship and training in all facets of real estate, with the opportunity to grow within the company • A fun, driven, and mission-minded work environment Responsibilities: • Be the main point of contact for high-level executive • Perform basic bookkeeping duties • Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive • Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes • Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc. Qualifications: • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines • High school diploma or G.E.D. required • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Experience using Microsoft Office • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties Compensation: $50,000 + Performance Bonuses
