    Position Summary

    We are seeking a highly professional and organized Administrative Assistant II to provide day-to-day support to senior leadership. This role is best suited for someone who falls between a traditional administrative assistant and an executive assistant—someone who is polished, tech-savvy, and comfortable interacting with executive-level staff.

    The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented , and proficient in Microsoft Office. This person must be able to manage competing priorities and operate efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment. Receptionist/front desk-only candidates are not a fit for this position.

    Top 3 Required Qualifications

    • Professionalism and polished communication skills
    • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

    Preferred (Not Required) Skills

    • Experience with travel booking and coordination
    • Familiarity with expense management systems
    • Experience with SharePoint content management

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for senior leaders
    • Prepare and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner
    • Provide travel booking support (flights, hotels, itineraries, etc.)
    • Coordinate conference room bookings and ensure meeting readiness
    • Assist with SharePoint site maintenance and shared document management
    • Support internal meetings and events, including meal coordination and branded apparel distribution
    • Maintain and order office supplies as needed
    • Serve as backup for administrative team members as required
    • Assist with employee recognition and engagement programs

    Ideal Background

    • 3+ years of experience in a corporate or professional setting
    • Proven success supporting senior leadership or executive teams
    • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and maintain confidentiality.
