We are a growing construction and maintenance company with an opening in our new office.
Role Overview The Administrative Assistant & Office Manager is the backbone of our daily operations. You will support leadership with scheduling and communication while ensuring the physical and digital office environment is organized, welcoming, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations: Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility vendors to ensure a friction-free workspace.
Executive Support: Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare materials for the leadership team.
Communication: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage internal/external email correspondence.
Data & Records: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems and perform accurate data entry/reporting as needed.
Travel & Events: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries and assist in planning internal team celebrations.
Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Google Workspace, knowledge of ProCore a big plus.
Core Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
Attributes: A self-starter who is "calm under pressure" and proactive in anticipating needs before they are voiced.
Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
