We are now hiring a self-motivated, energetic individual to fill our multi-functional Executive Administrative Assistant position! We are one of the leading full-service marketing & client acquisition firms in the Albuquerque area, and we specialize in marketing & sales for a variety of clients through targeted campaigns. We have recently expanded our firm, adding several different divisions, and suddenly have an opening for a Executive Administrative Assistant that must be filled right away!
As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties and assisting the CEO with daily tasks, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and assisting and managing our social media profiles and online presence.
