Responsibilities: • Execute other tasks as assigned by executives like picking up orders, arranging personal appointments, etc. • Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies • Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos, and report details as appropriate • Ensure all calendars/schedules are organized and up-to-date • Manage and complete projects Qualifications: • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information • Familiar with Microsoft Office • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties • College education preferred Compensation: $16 - $22 hourly
