    Are you interested in a rewarding role in a fast-growing legal firm? We’re hiring a professional and proactive executive assistant to support our Senior Partner. You’ll be in charge of managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. Job seekers should love planning, organizing, and diving into new challenges. This is NOT a remote position. Responsibilities: • Monitor emails and prioritize them for the Senior Partner's review. • Serve as the main contact for the Senior Partner in a fast-growing law firm in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. • Order office supplies as needed. • Perform additional duties for executives, such as handling personal mail, scheduling travel arrangements, and other duties as assigned. • Regularly communicate with clients regarding the status of their matter/account. Qualifications: • 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills • Experience using Microsoft Office • Must have your own reliable transportation. • High school diploma required - some college preferred. • Must be self-motivated, punctual, and reliable. • Business references required. • Work hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. • Seasonal overtime is required. • This is an IN-PERSON position. No Hybrid or Remote options. Compensation: $30 per hour potential
