    Interviewing now and ready to hire an experienced Executive/Administrative Assistant in Atlanta, GA. Hybrid to start, then remote. Compensation: $50,000 base salary, plus quarterly bonus We are looking for a highly organized and proactive, experienced Executive/Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing insurance and financial advisory practice. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth business operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping manage internal team communication and accountability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is required. Responsibilities: • Follow up daily on pending insurance policies, underwriting cases, and application statuses • Liaise with carriers and back-office teams to ensure timely approvals • Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and confirm meetings • Monitor and organize the executive’s email inbox, flagging key action items and responding when appropriate • Track the progress and tasks of newly hired advisors • Coordinate weekly follow-ups with staff and internal team members • Prepare reminders, agendas, and task lists for internal meetings • Assist with document organization, digital filing, and CRM updates • Create simple reports or summaries related to advisor onboarding, policy status, or task completion • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant, in a supportive role for more than one manager • Industry experience in insurance or financial services • Bachelor’s degree or related professional experience • Authorized to work in the United States • No need for Visa sponsorship • Strong organizational and time management skills • High attention to detail and the ability to manage follow-ups • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms • Self-starter who is resourceful and takes initiative Compensation: $50,000
