    Job Description

    Job Description

Are you an individual who likes to make plans, create lists, coordinate people and ensure that things get done the right way quickly? Are you a problem solver and systems thinker? Do you have the skill sets to create systems & processes to automate operations to scale? Do you love serving others and having fun in the process? Read on:

The USA Property Network is looking for an incredibly high performing person who can join our as the Senior Executive Assistant to the founder & CEO (aka myself) to help me scale the business by streamlining operations and creating systems & processes for the business. My current assistant will be reporting to you as your assistant to help implement your idea and do research and other grunt work so that you can do higher-level (systems thinking) work.

We are primarily in the business of buying & selling distressed residential properties (single family homes) and vacant residential lots. The truth is that I’m at the end of my rope trying to juggle everything. I need a superhero to join my team and be my right hand (and maybe left hand too). Ideally, I’d like to create two divisions within one business; one is wholesaling properties that we acquire to other investors who are rehabbers (fix & flip homes) or landlords (fix & hold for long-term rentals) and the other division is renovating properties ourselves and retailing them to homebuyers.

You'd be working directly with me, W. Roger Salam, the founder & CEO. We are not Real Estate agents; we are a Real Estate Investment Service company who provides solutions to property owners sell their properties quickly and hassle-free by buying it ourselves.

    You must be:

    • The kind of person who lives to organize (your pencils sorted by size and color).
    • Someone who puts people and customers first.
    • Eager to do a variety of work, and to absolutely crush it.
    • Be great with technology, and determined to learn new things quickly.
    • Able to move fast with minimal/no errors.
    • Proudly sporting 1+ years in an assistant/associate role.
    • Fueled by the quality of your work and personal satisfaction in a job well done.
    • Highly adaptable and driven.
    • Are able to catch the even smallest grammar mitsakes. ;)
    • And if you don’t have a good sense of humor, you’d be fired the 2nd day.

We've been growing by word of mouth, and now, we need you - yes you - to help scale to new heights by creating a team of competent and fun people to continue to provide incredible support by delegating key responsibilities to the new heads of departments to grow our real estate investing business.

    What You'll Do

The daily responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

    • Process and manage email inbox and calendar (G-Suite).
    • Schedule meetings, calls with sellers & buyers
    • Initiating and completing orders and purchases.
    • Working with our designers and web developers to bring ideas to reality
    • Completing varied research projects.
    • Assistance with recruiting additional assistants and team as we grow
    • Research, booking & coordinating travel / accommodations.
    • Creating systems & processes around buying & selling & renovating properties
    • Processing small tasks (using Voxer or Slack)
    • Assisting in Video coaching calls, liaison for questions, etc.
    • Editing copy/content with an efficient, keen eye for detail.
    • Other duties as required.

    Your first priority:

    · Help me hire the best candidates that I need to delegate my key responsibilities.

    o Acquisitions Manager

§ In-charge of all acquisitions (buying properties)

    o Disposition Manager

§ In-charge of all property dispositions (selling properties)

    o Closing Coordinator

§ In-charge of all paperwork for buying & selling and coordinating with title companies to complete the buying & selling of a property

    o Live-in Personal Assistant

§ In-charge of making my personal life easier by doing all my personal chores and ALL mundane & repeatable personal work so that I can be highly productive and effective in high-level strategic vision

§ All living expenses are paid for this person (housing, food, transportation, travel) so their salary becomes almost pure saving. My last personal assistant was a young student and worked for four years. His parents wanted him to go back to school and I lost him. He became my executive & personal assistant and we had a lot of fun together as well.

    What You'll Need

    • Must be process-oriented.
    • Must be a people person. Someone who knows how to make others feel special. Going that extra mile for other team members & clients & vendors. It's all about the little things.

Working from home, but clean, comfortable and professional environment. May get a wework or industrious office, if needed. We move around a lot, so must me nimble and be able to work from anywhere as long as there’s internet.
    • Someone who doesn’t need supervision and is very much task oriented. This position is not about the number of hours you put in, but how much you put into the hours. Be results oriented and not timebound.

    Benefits:

    • You'll be surrounded by highly motivated, successful, and positive thinkers who are all committed to excellence to implement the vision of the founder. They have the highest of values and integrity!
    • As the business grows, we'll be meeting up at really cool locations around the U.S. and overseas for team meetings and client events.
    • My expertise is buying homes with creative financing. I teach others how to buy a home with no money and no credit. People pay me top dollars to learn this and you’ll be next to me learning every step of the way and know all the secrets.
    • What if I give you one home a year as a bonus? Will you work extra hard to achieve results? Yes, I want all of my teammates to become financially independent through real estate and they still work with me because they love it and not because they need the money.
    • My other specialty is advanced asset protection. 99% of asset protection is anonymity. I’ll teach you how to become a ghost and own properties all over and no one in the world will know that you own the properties. Goal is life is to own nothing, but control everything.
    • Career advancement – if you are highly ambitious, this position could lead to becoming the COO of the company as this person will be instrumental in creating the winning team from the inception and know every aspect of the operation. You’ll nurture the team to grow to their fullest potential.
