    Executive Administrator – Licensed Division

    Location: Columbus, Ohio (In Office)
    Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    Salary: $45,000–$50,000 annually

    Position Overview

    Marketing Results is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Administrator to support our Licensed Division. This is an in-office position that requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can successfully manage multiple priorities.

    The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable wearing many hats. This individual will play a key role in keeping projects moving, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Licensed Division.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the daily operations of the Licensed Division.
    • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets used for sales analysis, forecasting, inventory tracking, pricing, and reporting.
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
    • Track project timelines and help ensure deadlines are met.
    • Organize product samples, shipments, trade show materials, and customer requests.
    • Maintain accurate records, digital files, and documentation.
    • Assist with project coordination and administrative support across multiple departments.
    • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
    • Take on special projects and provide support wherever needed.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years of executive administrative, office management, or project coordination experience.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required , including formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, and data organization.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
    • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
