    Looking for executive assistant with experience in Quick Books, proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, work, outlook), and Organizational management

    Executive Assistants support Directors, Vice Presidents (VPs) and other business leaders. Executive Assistant job responsibilities include:= but not limited to:

    Managing their employers’ calendars and schedules upon request

    Answering or screening emails, calls and in-person appointments

    Coordinating travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries and supporting executives in completing expense reports upon request

    Managing documents and confidential information with appropriate discretion

    Overseeing general office processes, such as ordering office supplies for departments or leading administrative support staff

    Serving as the liaison between executives and internal/external partners

    Assisting with special projects by coordinating resources and tracking progress

    Perform other duties as assigned
