You Will Be Reporting To: Director of Management Services

We are looking to expand our team with talented and effective professionals to continue serving the needs of our clients.
Job Requirements:
Residential on-site or portfolio property management experience preferred
Self-motivated, well-organized, solution-oriented professional
Effective communication and project management skills
Interacts well with people; possesses ability to act swiftly and appropriately with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
Facilitates and oversees all property operations, including Board directives, homeowner matters and vendor relations
Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word; adapts easily to other software programs
Team player with a great sense of humor
State of Illinois Community Association Manager license preferred, but willingness to obtain necessary
Hours: Full time
