We are seeking and Administrative Assistant to support Managing Partners to work in fast pace environment and must be extremely well organized. Seeking a candidate has worked in Accounting firm.
Administrative Assistant Job Description
• Assist Managing Partners and various other employees with daily tasks including client communication, drafting of official correspondence, and various general administrative tasks (faxes, copies, printing)
• Process invoices and related billing collections
• Prepare and process expense reports
• Attend to needs of ultra-high net worth clients and their entities
• Liaison between the IRS, attorneys, client's families, and brokers for payroll processing, banking, bill payments, and acquiring tax documents
• Process FedEx, messenger service and certified mailings
• Create and revise spreadsheets for financial records
• Support the firm on their recruiting mission including communications with recruiters and candidates, drafting official correspondence, scheduling interviews
• Update and maintain confidential client records
