    Job Description

    NBCUniversal is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leaders within the Business Operations & Services team. The ideal candidate must be organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the Ad Sales & Partnerships business while contributing to a collaborative and energetic team culture.

    • Overall management of executive calendars
    • Prioritize communications that may include meetings, phone conversations and emails; determine through independent judgment those which require immediate attention
    • Assists in preparing all required presentations, meeting agendas, notes, etc. as needed.
    • Assist in gathering and coordinating information for regular reporting needs
    • Coordination and scheduling of meetings and events, meeting recaps, and room bookings.
    • Coordination of travel arrangements; process and track expense & travel reimbursements.
    • Maintain and updating contacts/distribution lists
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate files
    • Assist with additional special projects and other duties as required
    • Create and manage tracking documents for internal distribution and communication updates
    • Provide backup support to other EAs as needed
    • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements:

    • 1+ years prior relevant experience, supporting Senior-Level Executives
    • Exceptional communications skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills
    • Expert proficiency with MS Office – Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
    • Ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines
    • Excellent at problem-solving, taking initiative, and being very resourceful

    • Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

    This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
