    Job Summary

    We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Personal/Administrative Assistant to serve as the right hand to a busy home care owner.     Key Responsibilities

    Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as record-keeping, data entry, and document management.

    Scheduling & Coordination: Organize caregiver schedules, manage shift changes, and ensure client coverage.

    Client & Caregiver Communication: Serve as a point of contact for caregivers, clients, and families, handling inquiries and concerns.

    Documentation & Note-Taking: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, caregiver updates, and administrative details.

    Time Management & Organization: Prioritize daily tasks, ensuring timely completion of assignments.

    Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Address scheduling conflicts and administrative challenges with a proactive approach.

    Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive client and company information with discretion and professionalism.

    Technology & Office Tools: Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling software for administrative tasks.

    Caregiving Support (As Needed): Step in for caregiving responsibilities occasionally to ensure clients receive uninterrupted care.

    Qualifications & Skills

    ✔ Caregiving experience (Required) – At least [X] years of experience providing direct care to seniors or individuals with disabilities. ✔ Office Administration Experience – Prior work in scheduling, clerical tasks, or administrative support. ✔ Detail-Oriented & Meticulous – Strong attention to detail in documentation and scheduling. ✔ Self-Starter & Proactive – Able to take initiative and work independently. ✔ Active Listener & Strong Communicator – Professional and compassionate communication skills. ✔ Task & Growth-Oriented – Thrives on completing tasks efficiently and continuously improving processes. ✔ Time Management & Multitasking Skills – Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. ✔ Excellent Note-Taking & Organizational Skills – Keeps detailed and accurate records. ✔ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling software. ✔ Adaptability & Flexibility – Able to handle changing priorities and responsibilities. ✔ Professional & Compassionate Demeanor – Dedicated to providing high-quality service.
