Serve as the right-hand resource to the owners of a growing, high-performing law firm, managing both professional and personal responsibilities with exceptional discretion. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual who can seamlessly handle business matters, community involvement, and personal tasks while maintaining a polished and professional presence. Responsibilities: Professional & Personal Support • Manage the owners’ calendars—scheduling meetings, events, travel, and community/professional engagements • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and board obligations • Serve as liaison with board members, clients, vendors, and community contacts • Track tasks and priorities to keep the owners organized and on schedule Community & Board Involvement • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, speaking engagements, and community events • Ensure timely preparation and follow-up for civic and nonprofit responsibilities • Maintain a calendar of key local events and help prepare the owners for public-facing appearances Professional Image & Communication • Monitor and manage communications—emails, calls, invitations, and requests—with professionalism and confidentiality • Help maintain the public-facing image of the owners, including light personal branding tasks or coordination with the marketing team • Draft correspondence and assist with speech prep or talking points when needed Personal Support & Errands • Assist with personal appointments, errands, household vendor coordination, and travel planning • Help with gift purchasing, special occasion reminders, and family logistics when needed Confidentiality & Organization • Handle sensitive matters with utmost confidentiality and judgment • Create and maintain organizational systems to support efficiency and calm amidst busy schedules • Be flexible and responsive, able to shift gears quickly based on changing priorities Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience supporting business owners, executives, or high-profile professionals • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, judgment, and discretion • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and willing to learn • Comfortable running errands and managing both business and personal tasks • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events as needed Compensation: $60,000+ DOE with strong bonus potential
