This role is critical to the team’s continued growth and success, allowing the leads to focus on selling while you manage the operational side of the business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work efficiently with minimal supervision once trained. You should be someone who thrives on creating and maintaining structure, loves lists, and finds satisfaction in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. A background in real estate is helpful, but not required. What matters most is your drive, organization, and willingness to take ownership and grow with the team. Daily responsibilities include managing schedules and communications, assisting with transaction coordination, listing prep, and maintaining systems and workflows that keep the business moving. You’ll also support client communication and ensure a five-star experience for everyone who interacts with the team. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with a flexible schedule. Some evenings and weekends will be required, with advance notice. In-person office time is expected 4 days per week, depending on workload and client needs. Candidates must be local to King or Snohomish County, or willing to commute regularly to Bellevue & East King County. Compensation: • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Stipend benefits available • Performance-based bonuses are considered after a 90-day period • Career development support and long-term growth potential Responsibilities: This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Assist and support the team owners in all areas of the business, including personal logistics and task coordination • Maintain and manage database systems • Screen and direct phone calls; manage and distribute correspondence • Handle incoming requests and queries with professionalism and discretion • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars • Produce reports, presentations, briefs, and internal documents as needed • Support agents and team members with administrative and operational tasks • Assist clients and ensure they have an extraordinary experience throughout the process • Plan and coordinate client appreciation events and gifting • Manage day-to-day office operations to keep the business running smoothly • Accurately track expenses and assist with budgeting • Provide lead management support and follow-up systems • Handle transaction coordination for all files in escrow • Support marketing efforts for listings, the business, and the team via social media and other platforms • Attend and coordinate vendor appointments, such as property photo shoots • Thrive on checklists, task management, and paperwork—with a love for keeping things organized and complete Qualifications: • Outstanding organizational skills and a proactive mindset • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software, tools, and systems (Apple, Google, Compass, Canva, SquareSpace, Monday, Asana, Etc.) • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities with efficiency • Comfortable working independently while supporting a team environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Effective interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach • Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness • Maintains discretion and handles confidential information with professionalism • Focused on delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint • College degree preferred; experience with social media marketing is a plus • Willingness to obtain a Washington State real estate license upon hiring (Reimbursement Upon Completion) • Confident and comfortable working with strong personalities • Positive “can and will do” attitude—no task too big or small Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
