    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Procurement - source and purchase supplies, equipment, and services necessary for property maintenance and LR Management's daily operations
    • Vendor Management - establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, including negotiating prices and terms and reviewing contracts
    • Bid Management - coordinate and manage the bidding processes for supplies and services, ensuring competitive pricing and quality of supplies
    • Contract Review - review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with organization standards
    • Project Scope Development - collaborate with executives (COO, CFO, CEO) to develop project scopes and specifications for capital improvement
    • Contractor Coordination - work closely with seasonal contractors including lawn care, pool maintenance, and snow removal companies

    Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
    • Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a property management environment, but the company is willing to train the right candidate
    • Strong negotiation skills with a good eye for pricing and cost optimization
    • Familiarity with procurement software and tools, such as Yardi One and Marketplace is preferred
    • Ability to effectively manage bids on contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the organization
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors, contractors, and internal executives (COO, CFO, CEO)

    In this role, some travel may be required.
