    Community Health Partnership of Illinois is a is a non-profit organization that provides primary health care to migrant farmworkers and other medically underserved populations throughout northern and central Illinois that specializes in primary preventative medical, dental, and behavioral health service. Our focus is delivering quality, culturally responsive health care services to our patients, caregivers, and partners in the communities we serve.

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity of our executives by managing their schedules, communication, and administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-level administrative support to executives by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls, and handling correspondence efficiently.
    • Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for meetings, ensuring that all necessary information is available and timelines are met.
    • Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as requested to ensure clarity and professionalism.
    • Assist in the coordination and management of special projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
    • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment.
    • Collaborate with other administrative staff to promote efficiency and support company initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
    - 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    - High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
    - Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
