Responsibilities: • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination • Assist with client communication and follow-up • Support onboarding and administrative processes • Coordinate virtual meetings and Zoom appointments • Maintain organization of client and team information • Assist leadership with day-to-day operational tasks • Participate in team trainings and development sessions • Maintain professionalism and strong communication in all interactions Qualifications: • Strong organizational and communication skills • Detail-oriented and dependable • Coachable and open to learning new skills • Comfortable working in a remote/virtual environment • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Professional and positive attitude • Access to a laptop/desktop and reliable internet • Prior administrative or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: $55,000 - $80,000 yearly
